Commercial Energy Assessor
Our Energy Assessor is a C.I.B.S.E Low Carbon Consultant and Low Carbon Energy Assessor. The Chartered Institute Of Building Services Engineers is one of only few government accredited agencies allowed to grant Energy Assesor status and they are requried to ensure the competency and quality of work undertaken by the assessor through an on going audit process.
We are able to offer DECs, Advisory Reports and Air Conditioning Inspections in full compliance with "The Energy Peformance of Buildings (Certifcates and Inspections)(England and Wales) Regulations 2007"

Why Us
We have been providing services aligned to the recent government directives for years.
Energy Fundamentals Ltd was conceived in December 2000 by our Managing Director Richard Leek whilst employed in managing energy services for Powergen C.E.M installations. Richard recognised the magnitude of unnecessary energy usage that occurred at the most basic of levels, within both commercial and industrial buildings. These energy losses were often fundamentally through the misuse and misunderstanding of the buildings its services and its controls. Energy Fundamentals Ltd was formed to provide a service, that looks at what the installed services are actually providing, what they were designed to provide and what they now need to provide. Resolution of these conflicts provides for buildings and systems that meet the users and processes reqirements in an energy efficient manner.
"The Energy Peformance of Buildings (Certifcates and Inspections)(England and Wales) Regulations 2007" is the governments recognition of the importance of these types of services to maintain an energy efficient building.
Qualification
Our Energy Assessor has 35 years experience in Building Services having worked for a number of foremost Building Services contractors,manufacturers and service providers.
Health and Safety
Energy Fundamentals recognise the importance of working in a safe manner, training is provided to ensure both a broad spectrum of knowledge in H&S through IOSH but also specific that specific to building related risks such as those posed by Asbestos and Legionella.
